Lakewood Park Two was incorporated in 1984 and is a quiet suburban community in the northwest part of Harris County near Houston, Texas with 194 homes between North Eldridge, Louetta, Spring Cypress and Avenplace. It encompasses Carlton Oaks, Guernsey Drive, Newpark Drive, Lakestone Drive, Willowpark Drive, Avenplace Road, Hamsfield Court and Exbury Court shown here. The Lakewood Park Two Community Association -- volunteer Board of Directors and other volunteers:

• Publishes a newsletter
• Maintains the shared community areas, the park and entrances
• Hosts holiday decorating contests and seasonal social events
• Welcomes new residents
• Contracts for trash pick up and street lighting
• Maintains community property values by managing architectural control and enforcing deed restrictions
• Writes and maintains this web site
