If any homeowner has a personal issue preventing his/her ability to cure a deed restriction violation in a timely manner, contact the HOA Board via email to work out a plan. Otherwise, the HOA board has to assume the homeowner chooses to ignore the notice. Don't let it become a costly legal issue for yourself and your neighbors.
